SellerGuards is an online SaaS (Software as a Service) platform provided by NOMI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a software company located in Hong Kong. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
SellerGuards provides a mobile app and web app for Amazon sellers to manage inventory, track orders, analyze profit and loss, monitor reimbursements, and make data-driven decisions. The Service includes barcode scanning, batch data import, and real-time analytics across your Amazon selling business.
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities or actions that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach at support@sellerguards.com.
Your account is for your use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each subscription is licensed to a single named user. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to access your account. Here is why this matters:
Your business data stays yours
Your account contains sensitive financial data — inventory costs, profit margins, sales performance. Sharing access means others can view or export your business intelligence.
Pricing is per user
Our subscription pricing is based on individual users. Sharing an account allows multiple people to benefit from a single subscription, which is unfair to other customers and unsustainable for us as a business.
Account integrity and audit trail
We log account activity for security and audit purposes. When multiple people share one login, it becomes impossible to trace who made changes to your data — including deletions or modifications to inventory and financial records.
We can't support shared accounts
If something goes wrong — a data conflict, a support request, a billing issue — shared accounts make it much harder for us to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.
If you need multiple people to access SellerGuards, use sub-users — each person gets their own login under your account, keeping everything secure and properly attributed.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NOMI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall NOMI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
