7 Best Sellerboard Alternatives for Amazon Sellers (2026)

Sellerboard is a good tool. It is well reviewed, it has been around since 2017, and most sellers who try it stay. So this is not a list of reasons to leave — it is a list of the cases where something else genuinely fits better, with real prices and real limits.

We build one of the tools on this list. That is disclosed on our entry, and we have tried to be straight about where the others beat us — including the two things Sellerboard still does better than we do.

Why sellers look for a Sellerboard alternative

In our experience the reason is almost never "the numbers are wrong." It is one of five practical constraints:

One myth worth killing: FIFO cost of goods is no longer a reason to switch. Sellerboard shipped FIFO in September 2025 and also supports weighted average, by-period and marketplace-specific costing. Any comparison still selling you on "we have FIFO, they don't" is out of date.

The alternatives, in detail

1

SellerGuards — best on price

Disclosure: this is our product. Judge the claims against the others.

Pricing: free during beta, everything unlocked, no credit card. Planned paid plans start at $12.99/mo — below Sellerboard's $19 entry. A free tier stays after beta, limited to 100 orders all-time and one user.

Profit accounting rather than an all-in-one suite: purchase-lot FIFO cost of goods, a real month-by-month P&L, per-order financials, refund and reimbursement tracking, and a finance module for income and expenses that never touched Amazon — mileage, subscriptions, contractors. Product research and barcode scanning sit on the same account.

Strengths

  • Cheapest planned entry price in this list
  • Lot-level FIFO, so margins reflect what each batch actually cost
  • Non-Amazon income and expenses in the same P&L
  • Reimbursement recovery built in
  • Eight free calculators, no account needed

Trade-offs

  • Covers 13 marketplaces, not every Amazon region — no Brazil, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE or South Africa
  • No PPC bid automation
  • No email autoresponder
  • Newer product with a smaller review base
  • Free tier is an evaluation tier, not a home

Pick it if you sell on Amazon.com, you want accurate cost accounting for a few dollars a month, and PPC automation is not part of your decision. See the full head-to-head with Sellerboard →

2

SellerLegend — the most feature-complete

Pricing: from $49.99/mo, tiered by monthly order volume (Starter under 2,500, Advanced to 5,000, Professional to 15,000, Enterprise to 50,000). 21-day free trial, no credit card. All features on every plan — nothing gated behind a higher tier.

The deepest tool in the category. True P&L reconciliation with separate refund, reimbursement and return workflows, EU and Australian VAT handling, listing-change protection, sales heat maps and supply-chain tracking. In July 2026 it added an MCP server, so you can query your sales, PPC and inventory data conversationally through Claude or ChatGPT.

Strengths

  • No feature gating — entry plan gets everything
  • Best-in-class VAT support for EU and AU
  • Genuinely granular refund/reimbursement separation
  • AI querying via the new MCP server

Trade-offs

  • Entry price is 2.6× Sellerboard's
  • Depth comes with a steeper learning curve
  • Interface feels dense next to newer tools
  • Overkill for a seller under a few hundred orders

Pick it if you sell across multiple marketplaces, deal with VAT, and want one tool that does not make you upgrade to unlock things.

3

Shopkeeper — simplest dashboard, has a free plan

Pricing: $0 basic tier, $20/mo Starter, up to $250/mo Pro. 14-day free trial; annual billing saves roughly 15–20%.

Deliberately narrow. A clean profit dashboard with real-time P&L, automated expense categorisation and customisable reports, refreshed every few hours. It does not try to be your PPC tool or your sourcing tool, and it is easier to read on day one than anything else here.

Strengths

  • Actual $0 tier, not just a trial
  • Fastest to understand — minimal setup
  • $20/mo Starter is close to Sellerboard's price

Trade-offs

  • Big jump from $20 to the $250 Pro tier
  • Shallower cost-of-goods handling
  • Data refreshes in hours, not near-real-time
  • Aimed at sellers under roughly $50K/month

Pick it if you are a solo seller who wants a readable profit number and nothing else to configure.

4

ManageByStats — analytics plus customer CRM

Pricing: Starter from $24.97/mo, Elite from $89.97/mo, Enterprise quoted. A free version is available.

Built for private-label sellers. Alongside profit and inventory analytics it carries a customer CRM, email tooling and PPC management, with financial reporting and inventory forecasting on the higher tiers. Closer to a suite than a focused profit tracker.

Strengths

  • Free version to evaluate against
  • Customer CRM most profit tools lack
  • Long track record with private-label sellers

Trade-offs

  • Starter is above Sellerboard's entry price
  • Steep step up to Elite at $89.97
  • Broad surface means more to learn
  • Less suited to arbitrage and wholesale

Pick it if you run private label and want buyer messaging and analytics under one login.

5

InventoryLab — accounting plus listing workflow

Pricing: sold inside Threecolts' Seller 365 bundle from $69/mo, which packages roughly ten tools including Tactical Arbitrage, FeedbackWhiz and SmartRepricer. 14-day free trial.

The long-standing pick for sellers who list and ship in volume. Beyond accounting it covers listing creation, shipment building and the Scoutify scanning app — the operational half of the job that pure analytics tools leave out.

Strengths

  • Listing and shipment workflow, not just reporting
  • Scoutify scanning app included
  • Bundle is good value if you use several tools

Trade-offs

  • $69/mo is 3.6× Sellerboard's entry
  • Amazon only — no Walmart, eBay or Shopify
  • You pay for ten tools whether or not you use them

Pick it if you do retail or online arbitrage at volume and want sourcing, listing and accounting together. Full comparison →

6

Profit Cyclops — best accounting sync

Pricing: revenue-tiered, roughly $19.99–$39.99/mo, with a heavily discounted first month.

A profit dashboard whose distinguishing feature is direct sync to Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. If your accountant works in one of those, this removes the monthly export-and-reconcile ritual entirely. Supports a wide set of marketplaces.

Strengths

  • Direct Xero / QuickBooks / Sage integration
  • Priced close to Sellerboard
  • Broad marketplace coverage

Trade-offs

  • Revenue-tiered pricing rises with your growth
  • Smaller company and community
  • Fewer operational features

Pick it if bookkeeping integration is the deciding factor. Full comparison →

7

Nova — built for multi-account roll-ups

Pricing: quoted rather than published — priced around account volume.

Aimed at agencies, aggregators and portfolio managers rather than individual sellers. Handles 100+ account roll-ups with per-client P&L breakdowns and hourly refresh across all 21 Amazon marketplaces. Solving a different problem from everything else on this list.

Strengths

  • Genuine multi-account architecture
  • Hourly refresh across 21 marketplaces
  • Per-client reporting built in

Trade-offs

  • Wrong tool for a single-account seller
  • No public pricing — expect a sales call
  • No free tier

Pick it if you report on many seller accounts and need one consolidated view.

When you should just stay on Sellerboard

A comparison page that never recommends the incumbent is an advertisement. Three cases where switching is the wrong call:

You need PPC automation

Sellerboard includes bid automation and an email autoresponder for review requests. Most tools here, ours included, do not. Replacing it means adding a second subscription.

You sell outside those 13 marketplaces

Sellerboard covers every major marketplace and runs in eleven languages. SellerGuards now covers 13, so Europe and Asia-Pacific are no longer a gap — but if you sell in Brazil, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE or South Africa, Sellerboard reaches those and we do not.

It already works

Switching costs real time — re-entering COGS, rebuilding expense categories, retraining habits. If you are inside your order cap and the price is fine, that time is better spent on sourcing.

How to choose without wasting a month

Every tool here reads the same Amazon SP-API data, so the revenue and fee numbers will broadly agree. What differs is cost-of-goods handling, marketplace coverage and what happens around the edges. A shortcut that works:

  1. Write down the constraint first. Price, order cap, marketplace, or integration. One of these is why you are reading this. Tools that fail it are out regardless of how good they look.
  2. Check the order limit against next year's volume, not this month's. Tier jumps are where these tools get expensive.
  3. Load real COGS during the trial. A profit tool with estimated costs tells you nothing. Import twenty real SKUs and see whether the margins match your own spreadsheet.
  4. Reconcile one settlement period by hand. If the tool's net profit matches your actual payout for a full two weeks, it is doing its job.
  5. Export before you cancel. Order history rebuilds from the API anywhere; hand-entered purchase lots and expenses do not.

Want to sanity-check any tool's numbers against your own? Our free settlement report analyzer reads an Amazon settlement file and shows the fee breakdown with no account required — useful for verifying whatever dashboard you end up trusting.

Try the low-cost option first

SellerGuards is free while we are in beta — every live module, no credit card, no trial countdown. If you sell on Amazon.com and want accurate FIFO cost accounting and a real P&L without a $19–$79 subscription, it costs nothing to compare it against your current numbers.

Start free — no card needed

Covers 13 marketplaces across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Connect once and all of them track in one account.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Sellerboard alternative?

It depends why you are leaving. On cost, SellerGuards is the lowest planned entry at $12.99/mo. On feature depth and VAT, SellerLegend. On multi-account roll-ups, Nova. On listing and shipment workflow, InventoryLab through Seller 365. Match the tool to the constraint that made you look.

Is there a free alternative to Sellerboard?

Sellerboard has no free tier — only a one-month trial. Shopkeeper offers a $0 basic plan, ManageByStats has a free version, and SellerGuards has a free tier capped at 100 orders all-time with one user. Treat all of them as evaluation tiers and check the limits before committing.

How much does Sellerboard cost in 2026?

Four plans: Standard $19/mo, Professional $29, Business $39, Enterprise $79. Annual billing takes about 20% off, giving roughly $15, $23, $31 and $63. Monthly order caps are 3,000, 6,000, 15,000 and 50,000 respectively, with a one-month free trial and no credit card required.

Does Sellerboard support FIFO cost of goods?

Yes, since September 2025, alongside weighted average, by-period and marketplace-specific costing. FIFO support is no longer a meaningful differentiator between the major tools — compare on price, order caps, marketplace coverage and workflow instead.

Can I switch without losing my cost history?

Mostly. Amazon order and settlement history is pulled fresh from the SP-API by whichever tool you connect, so that rebuilds itself. Cost of goods usually imports from a spreadsheet. What does not transfer is hand-entered expenses and purchase lots — export those before you cancel anything.

Why is a tool vendor writing this comparison?

Because we would rather you find the right tool than sign up and churn. We have marked our own entry clearly, listed our real limitations — no PPC automation, Amazon-only — and included three cases where staying on Sellerboard is the better decision. Verify the pricing yourself; every vendor publishes it.
