Running out kills your rank and your sales. Overbuying locks up cash you needed for the SKUs that were selling. Inventory Intelligence scores your whole catalog, names the SKUs at risk on both sides, and tells you what to do about each one.

The score rolls stockout exposure, replenishment urgency, sales velocity and locked-up capital into a single 0–100 reading, with the count of SKUs at critical and medium risk underneath it. Check it once a morning: if it moved, something in your catalog changed, and the cards below tell you which SKUs did it.
Weighted by what actually hurts. A stocked-out bestseller drags the score harder than a slow SKU sitting on extra units.
Risk counts, not just a grade. Critical and medium risk SKUs are counted separately, so you know whether it’s one emergency or a broad drift.
Always drillable. Nothing is a black box — every point of the score traces back to named SKUs in the alerts and SKU analysis views.

What’s already out of stock, what needs a purchase order, and which way is demand moving? Inventory Health keeps those three counts on screen at all times — out of stock split by severity, replenishment split into “order now” and “order in the next 30 days”, and velocity split into accelerating and declining.
Out of stock, by severity. Critical means a seller that was actually moving; high means it’s heading the same way.
Replenishment on your lead times. Reorder timing is computed from each SKU’s own lead time and daily sales, not a single global rule.
Velocity as an early warning. A SKU that’s decelerating tells you to trim the next PO before the units pile up.

Counts tell you something is wrong; the alerts center tells you which SKU and what to do. Every alert carries its severity, the SKU and ASIN you’ll need in Seller Central, and a plain recommendation — restock now, order within a window, or stop replenishing.

Filter by severity. Critical, warning and info are separate tabs, so a busy Monday doesn’t bury the one alert that matters.
Both failure modes. Stockouts and overstock live in the same list — a SKU with 400 days of cover is a problem too.
Identifiers on every row. SKU and ASIN are right there to copy, so acting on an alert doesn’t start with a lookup.
A recommendation, not a metric. Each alert ends in a sentence you can act on rather than a number you have to interpret.
Excess is stock you’ll eventually sell but bought far too much of — measured in days of cover. Dead is stock that isn’t moving at all. Both are priced at your real FIFO cost, so the total is what you actually paid, not a retail fantasy, and the number is the one to weigh against liquidation or a removal order.
| Item | Days of cover | Capital locked |
|---|---|---|
Bamboo Cutting Board, Large | 400 | $11,470.00 |

Priced at what you paid. Capital locked comes from your FIFO purchase lots, so the figure survives a conversation with your accountant.
Excess measured in time. Days of cover, not a unit count — 400 days of a slow seller is a very different problem from 400 units of a fast one.
A running total. Each card totals the cash tied up, so you can weigh it against storage fees and the aged-inventory surcharge.
Feeds the removal decision. Dead stock here is the shortlist for your next liquidation or removal order — tracked in SellerGuards too.
When you’re planning a purchase order you need everything at once: what’s on hand, what’s inbound, what’s reserved, what it costs, what it’s worth, how fast it moves, how long it lasts and when the next order has to go out. SKU Analysis puts all of it in one sortable table.
| Item | In stock | Inbound | Reserved | List price | Avg cost | Stock value | Potential revenue | Avg daily sales | Days of cover | Lead time | Days until next order |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Insulated Stainless Water Bottle, 32 oz | 412 | 0 | 18 | $24.99 | $6.80 | $2,801.60 | $10,295.88 | 9.40 | 44 | 21 | 23 |
Silicone Baking Mat Set, 3-Pack | 96 | 300 | 12 | $18.50 | $4.15 | $398.40 | $1,776.00 | 11.20 | 9 | 18 | Order now |

Inbound and reserved counted. Cover is calculated on stock you’ll actually be able to sell, so a shipment already in transit doesn’t trigger a duplicate order.
Per-SKU lead times. Set the real lead time for each supplier and “days until next order” does the arithmetic for you.
Cost and value side by side. Stock value at your FIFO cost next to potential revenue at list price — margin and exposure in the same glance.
Search, filter and sort. Find a SKU by title, ASIN or SKU, filter to a status, and sort by whichever column you’re planning against.
Inventory Intelligence reads the same reconciled data as the rest of SellerGuards — no manual exports, no stale snapshot from last week.
On-hand, inbound and reserved units sync from Amazon’s official SP-API, both fulfillment channels side by side.
Capital locked and stock value come from the purchase lots you recorded, not a blended average.
Velocity and days of cover are computed from your order history per SKU, so seasonal sellers aren’t judged on a catalog average.
Connect your Amazon account and SellerGuards scores your inventory, flags the SKUs about to run out or go stale, and shows you the cash sitting still — automatically.
