We do not aggregate, combine, or resell data from multiple sellers. Each seller's data is kept completely separate and is only accessible to that specific seller account. We do not create market reports or competitive intelligence products based on aggregated seller data.
Yes. You maintain complete control over SellGuards's access to your seller account. You can revoke our application's authorization at any time directly from your Amazon Seller Central account under Settings > User Permissions > Manage Your Apps. Once revoked, SellGuards will immediately lose access to your account data, and you can re-authorize whenever you choose.
In compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, we do not store or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) outside of your seller account. Customer names, addresses, payment information, and other sensitive data are never accessed or stored by SellerGuards.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in providing flexibility to our customers, so there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel your subscription, Log into your account via web app, go to 'subscription' page on the right top corner, click on 'Cancel' button. Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll still have access to all features until the end of this period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, and any data associated with your account will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
SellerGuards is built in full compliance with Amazon's SP-API Acceptable Use Policy (sections 4.4 and 4.5). We use Amazon's official APIs to provide you with read-only access to your own business data and write access only for managing your own listings and inventory..
We use Amazon's OAuth authentication system. SellerGuards never has access to your Amazon seller account password. You can revoke SellerGuards' access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central settings.
